From the very beginning, Techspace Aero has played a very active part in the major military engine programs, including Derwent, Avon, J79, Tyne, Atar, Larzac, F100, F110 and others. In addition to the parts produced within the Tyne partnership, 13% of Techspace Aero’s industrial activities consists of the manufacture of disks and diffuser cases for the PW-F100 and GE-F110 engines.
Moreover, Techspace Aero keeps investing in new military programs. For exemple, TA designs and produces the carbon seals and lubrication unit for development engines in the Kaveri program.
The company has also got a 4,4% stake in the development program of the TP400 engine which will power Airbus's latest transport aircraft (A400M). Techspace Aero is in charge of design, development and production of oil systems, development tests, assembly and production of parts.
