Integration, training and development at Techspace Aero
Techspace Aero’s keynote policy is the integration, training and development of the entire workforce by anticipating and factoring in Safran’s strategic challenges, the requirements of a high-tech sector, the company’s main processes and the most effective management techniques.
You’re one of the team as soon as you join us – you’re someone special. New employees go through an induction process which familiarises them with the main procedures and methods used in the company.
All new entrants are assigned a mentor and the induction programme brings them into direct contact with the management. This is complemented by training sessions, workshops and coaching, and supervisory and senior staff are regularly involved in providing assistance.
Our training and development programmes focus on the knowledge, know-how and inter-personal skills which relate to every profession and procedure: research and development, quality assurance, methodology, production, purchasing, human resources, economics and finance, and management,
Our aim is the pursuit of excellence. We aim to develop your talents and your potential through a process of skills management and job and personal development planning within the company and the Group
Techspace Aero is also involved with the programmes provided by Safran University. This provides a great meeting place where top-class training and development are available.
Techspace Aero invests 4% of its total wage bill in these initiatives, and organises over 50,000 hours of training. More than 70% of our employees take part in at least one training course a year.
