Cenco International™ covers the full range of aero-engines, from commercial turbofan to helicopter or regional aircraft engines, including military turbojet and auxiliary power units (APU).

Development facilities:

Development facilities, which are primarily intended for testing new engines or engine components, make it possible to test and finalise innovations relating to technology, design and materials for the engines of the future.

Examples or our work include:

Outdoor test facility for Snecma and NPO Saturn (SaM146 engine - Russia), LSSF (Large Specialist Spinning Facility) for Rolls-Royce (XWB engine - Germany), and various test cells for Techspace Aero (M88, TP400, CF34-8, CF34-10 engines - Belgium).

Production facilities:

Production test facilities, which primarily focus on rapid testing to improve productivity, enable engine makers to validate the performance levels and good operation of new engines before they are mounted on aircraft.

Examples of our work include:

14-metre facility for Rolls-Royce (Trent 900, Trent 1000, XWB engines – Singapore), data acquisition systems for Snecma (M88, M53, CFM56 engines, etc. - France), various facilities for Techspace Aero (F100, CFM56 engines - Belgium).

Maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities (MRO):

MRO facilities are an essential link in the aircraft safety chain and make it possible to monitor engines’ operational performance levels. With large numbers of MRO test cells equipped for a wide range of engines, Cenco International™ is a global leader.

Examples of our work include:

Joint 14m-diameter facility for N3 –JV between Lufthansa Technics and Rolls-Royce - (Trent engines - Germany), facility for MTU Hanover (CF6, PW2000, CFM56, GP7200 engines, etc.- Germany), joint facility for SPW -JV, Pratt & Whitney and China Eastern (CFM56 engines - China), hush-house for Netherlands Air Force (F100 engine and F16 aircraft – Netherlands), facility for Norwegian forces (RTM322 engine – Norway), data acquisition systems and engine upgrades for various Snecma Services facilities (CFM56 engine - Mexico, China, Morocco, France and Belgium)
