Techspace Aero is a member of the Safran group, which holds 67% of the capital. The other shareholders in Techspace Aero are the Walloon Region of Belgium (31%) and the Federal Investment and Participation Company (Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissements –SFPI) (2%).
